    I had a new garage door installed approximately 4-5 years ago by Precision and have been very happy with it. Although I recently performed maintenance on it (applied lubricant), it ceased to close properly. I called and a service tech came out and, I thought, fixed the door. Unfortunately, it still is exhibiting the same problem – it does not always close entirely.
