Company answered my phone call on a Saturday in the late morning and scheduled me for the same afternoon. Wesley showed up for the appt time and did a GREAT job. He was friendly professional and courteous. Prices were reasonable. Thx again Wes !!!!

service was excellent. responded early, gave me all options, and fixed my door. John Pappas(the Tech.) was great. He was knowledgeable and very professional. My only problem was that when I received my itemized bill I was charged $20 for a fuel charge. I was not told about this and I feel that your fuel should be your cost. Other than this I recommend them, I have used Precision 3 times before this visit.

These guys are great! Our garage door opener quit after fifteen years. We called and they showed up the same day. They sold us a new system, just what we needed and wanted. They installed it immediately and took only about two hours. They stuck to their original price estimate and waived the service charge. We even got a great warranty, which the company services directly. The two men who came and did the job were professional, respectful, friendly and definitely knew what they were doing. I can’t wait until we need another system, so we can call Precision Overhead Garage Door again.
