The dispatcher reached out to a technician to speak with me to ensure Precision could address my needed repairs as most companies weren’t able to repair but wanted to convert to a torque spring. Precision was able to make the repairs and scheduled me that day! Chris Stephens was the technician who made the repairs and he did an outstanding job! He called on his way, called with his inspection assessments, made recommendations and made the repairs! He supplied me with the photos and paperwork I needed right away to submit to the client!
