Five stars for Jordan! He came the same day my garage door broke and fixed it for a good price. He was very professional and easy yo talk to. He was patient and sweet with my son which made me extra happy. He fixed my garage door with only a tiny dent left, the dent is barely noticeable. Thanks Jordan for a great job!

I contacted Precision for a quote because of their wonderful reviews on line. Chris came out to give the quote, and reinforced my thought that this was a good decision, due to his professional demeanor, knowledge of the product, and straightforward answers to my questions. Today the tech arrived early, which was wonderful from my point of view. He set right to work, quickly installing the door, opener and outside keypad. I now have the quietest door I have ever had. Three times now I had to look twice because I thought it was not working, but it was already finished opening or closing the door. Amazing. I highly recommend Precision!

I can’t say enough about our amazing service we received from James. He was on time, professional and didn’t try to push any unnecessary costs on us. We had an old motor from when our house was first built and he installed a new one right on the spot. He even swept out our garage!!

Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and he definitely did precision work by exchanging the damaged garage door trim after the new garage door was installed one month ago! Called your Lakeland number to ask how change my keypad code. The person in the office said that would look up how to do it, than he said he man in the area and that he could do it. I asked about the service call he their was not one if work was done. He did not mention the fuel charge or how much it would cost. When he arrived he did not mention how much it would cost till it was done. The bill was $69.00 for five minutes work, that office could have told me how to do it. I think that is bad business. This is not the first time I used your company. I bought the openier from you and had other work done also. I think the bill was was to high for the work done especially when it could have been done over the phone.
