Mr. Jim Rapp; Yesterday early in the day I discovered my garage door was broken, would open only 2 inches and then go back down. I quickly looked up possible garage door companies, my garage door opener was the original to the initial owner and was approximately 12 years old. I phoned Precision and was told someone could be out between 4 and 8 pm. I had a conflict and asked if any other opportunities could be arranged and was told between 12 noon and 4 pm. I got a call from your business saying Christopher was on his way. Christopher Stephens came to my home and was very cordial and appropriate. He asked to assess the situation, which only took a few minutes and presented the option of replacement of essential parts or a new system. After applying logic to the information I chose a new system and Christopher installed a totally new system for $1900. I found Christopher to keep me updated and the install only took about 2.5 to 3 hours. He was very appropriate, explained the reason for the breakdown of the old system and gave good detail about how to operate the new system. This guy is good, professional and really was a joy to work with. He is someone to hold onto and represents you and your company very well. I think we may see him in the neighborhood as we have already given our card to one person and will keep his information available for others. Thanks for hiring him, and training him well. when I talked to your operator when I called she told me for the cheap 1year springs installed was $120 each,,all fees and taxes were included… guess what she was wrong.. .also the service teck talked me into new cable drums for $50 each,,,wow,,talk about price gouging …$5.00 drum for $50.00… then you charged me >> Shop Supplies 7% $22.75 38449 Fuel / Energy Surcharge $20.00 Job was done and fast,This is the only plus,, springs were smaller then originals and drums were also cheaper made… No I am not happy…Price gouging and additional charges

Service was great. Paying over $500 to replace 2 springs was very upsetting and that was after I complained and got 20% discount. I called during the service and was quoted on the price of the springs and was told if I bought them install would be free. Then was told a different price from management after service was done. Must be nice to work one hour and make $300 to $400 I am thinking about starting my own business doing garage door repairs!!!! Spring was not broken
