The technician toke less than 20 minutes to fixed the garage door, he didn’t replace any parts and charge us $300 dollars “rip off. We decided to accept the conditios because we all ready wait a day with our cars inside of the garage and we need to go to work.

I was the last repair visit for repairman. He worked into the night to get the door repaired. Very pleased with repair. I am surprised at how much quieter the door opens and closes. Had controller & springs replaced.5 Stars for sure.

I had two doors that were running very rough and one would not open more than a couple feet. Keith, my technician isolated lift problem and replaced the springs and rollers and now everything runs like new, smooth and quiet. Keith was very professional, friendly,personable, polite and explained everything as he went in detail. I am very pleased with the service and the experience . I would recommend the company wholeheartedly.

Since we first purchased the opener, we have been very happy with the service. The techs have been very professional, courteous, and kind. They usually thank Me for my service to our country, and are sincere in their compliments. They are so good about calling ahead of time to let us know when they expect to arrive and always very prompt. Thank you as a company that has old fashioned principles.
