Right on time. Excellent service and very friendly repairman. Company had the proper part on the truck and did not need to make additional trips to complete the repair. However, that being said, I have requested a email receipt and have not received one as of this time.

Called late wed afternoon-Technician ( Chris Carerlas) on time Thursday morning. preformed full inspection and repair options,Repaired garage door to like new specs in a short time frame.Chris was very courteous and polite very professional . The technician Mike was able to complete the repair in a timely manner. He also tried to help me program my garage door remote which I was having problems with. I have used Precision Garage Door before and that is why I called them again for this repair.

This is the 3rd time in 10 years that I have used Precision for garage door related issues. Always been very satisfied. Technician Brian Harmon was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and fixed my issue. I do not agree with the $20 fuel surcharge at this time as gas is not that expensive. This is just another profit add on at a time when it is not justified. I understand you have a franchise business to run, just do not take advantage of customers when they have an emergency or need that must be fixed / serviced. Brian Wells, COL, USA, Retired

I googled garage door repairs and Garage Door was, not only the first on the list, but had a 5 star rating. Having no experience with garage door repairs, it seemed the logical choice. It was, in fact, a great choice. It was a professional and excellent learning experience. The tech, Matt, was a good listener and explained what the problem was, what he would need to do and gave me prices before beginning any repairs. The result was great, the requested recommendations for maintenace were clear and he was a perfect gentleman. I would refer Garage Door to anyone.

Craig Earle did a great job diagnosing why our garage door was not properly closing. Craig provided various options for repair and was very efficient in making the requested repairs.
