Very friendly, competent, thorough, and more importantly he cleaned up his work. He was also here on time. This is the second time we have used precision and would certainly use again (hope not) and would recommend Prestige to others.

We contacted Precision based on advertisement and your reviews. Christopher Stephens arrived yesterday to repair our 16 x 7 torsion spring door. He installed new springs, repaired work that wasn’t done properly from another company, replaced the cables and rollers and installed a new “silent” Linear door opener. Christopher was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing. We are extremely happy with the work performed. We love our new opener and plan on replacing the second garage door opener soon. Thank you for providing excellent technicians and for a job well done!

Excellent service. Sales was factual- not pushy. All info was accurate and as presented. Installation was as scheduled. Instructions on how to was simple and thorough by the installer. Installation was both door and opener

We had purchased a new door from Precision in 2016. We had not had any problems until now when it had become very noisy when opening and shutting. Michael, the tech that came out, immediately reported to us that our door had no issue other than the springs and certain hinge and roller areas needing lubricating. Something we should have been doing a couple of times a year. He was nice enough to do this for us, show us how it is done, and leave us a can of spray. He said they go over this when doors are installed, which I am sure they probably did. I remember the installation was very professional and we were very impressed at the time. Michael was very pleasant, prompt and had our door working quietly in no time. Highly recommend this company!

A 1 service. My garage door opener works perfectly. Had a tune-up done & sensors were replaced. Reasonable rates also. I will definitely use them again when we are ready for a new replacement unit.

We had a new Garage Door installed on August 7. We love it, it looks great, it is better insulated and much more quiet than our old door. It is also higher rated for wind. Julie was very knowledgeable when she came out to give us and estimate on what a new door would cost. Our installer was also very professional and went to work and didn’t stop till it was done.
