This is the second time we have used Precision Door Service. The first was to replace the torsion bar spring and the second to replace the opener. In both instances we received exceptional service. We would recommend Precision to everyone.

I have used Precision Garage doors before. I was pleased with Ability and their promptness. I would have them again.I had a new garage door opener

Your technician was a great help and very knowledgeable. Can’t wait to see my new door

Chris the technician called before he arrived to let me know when he would be there. He was on time, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problems with my door and gave me a couple of options. He fixed the door and replaced broken springs and rollers. He replaced a bar going across door which stopped my door from bowing out. My door works beautifully and now quietly. Thank you Chris for a job well done.

All good

Confirmed what I had suspected, the door was ready to be replaced. And, after going over my options with Craig, I decided it was time to get a new door and opener. Very professional discussions. Precise and to the point. I will be happy to refer anyone that asks where they could get theirs repaired or replaced.

Great job and great service. Highly recommend. A five star company

Technician was polite, friendly and helpful. I would be pleased to have him come to my home for service again.
