Noah Geer the Technician that came to our home was very professional & knowledgeable . He did a great job explaining what needed to be done to repair our garage door opener. We felt that we got a good price & a good product.

Hearing that Precision partners with JOY FM inspired me to call them when we needed our garage door repaired. I’m so glad we did as they came out the day I called, were very professional, efficient, quick and the job was completed within an hour of the techs arrival. The tech was very helpful and informative and explained everything completely. Couldn’t be happier with our choice of companies and the finished product.

The conversation started a little negative and shaky…demeanor of tech was not the most positive. But, after assessing the problem with the garage door everything change miraculously. My door was serviced 8-9 months previously and the tech did NOT make me aware of ALL the issues. So, to make it right the company turned on the warranty clause and fixed all past problems for “free” saving me over $1100 dollars, while fixing the new problem at a very fair price. I don’t think or believe another garage company would do this. Kudo’s to the management and the techs did an awesome job. I feel secure in knowing the work/service is under a 5 year warranty!!!

Rebecca was an awesome sales person. The technicians were on time and extremely professional. My only issue was the office staff. The technicians had to come back to install 1 small piece on my garage door, they said it would take maybe 10-15 minutes. When the piece came in the office called to set up the appointment and gave me a 4 hour window for the installation, that was ridiculous! Really??? I told her that was not acceptable then she gave me a 1 hour window and a 15-30 minute call ahead. That’s what kept me from giving this company a 5!! Outside of her everything else was exceptional!
