I called this morning after coming back from shopping and the garage door seemed like it hit something, but it made a terrible noise and looked like it was going to fall. Called Precision and they were wonderful within a few hours Chris Carelas was here and did a amazing job to fix the door just a wonderful job. He had to repair, the bar , springs etc all was done to our satisfactory. I would recommend them (Chris) in a heart beat. thank you for your wonderful work and so glad I called them.

Precision came the same day we called. The problem was a silly one but we decided to get a new closer. The technician was great. He was friendly and professional even though he had to work in such hot environment. We will recommend Precision and will use them again.

I called Precision at 11am on Monday to address some minor issues with our garage door. They said someone would be out between 2-6pm the same day. Matt called me at 1:55pm to say he would be there in 10 minutes. He was, and 15 minutes later all was fixed!!

From advertising. During research I was expressed you posted picture of the service man who would be during the work. Service man thoroughly checked everything and reported what had to be repaired and what did not need repair at this time. He answered all questions. I felt he was very knowledgeable and honest. He had me try the door several times, told me what he replaced. Very satisfied with the work, appearance and manner. I would recommend Precision and give them a five star rating.

Shane called to say he would be here and arrived on time! He did maintenance on the door and noticed some issues. He informed us of the price to do the things needed and, after our approval, proceeded to make the necessary repairs in a timely manner!! Very impressed with this young man!

service was excellent and done promptly. upon reviewing invoice that was emailed the 20$ surcharge for fuel in coming out for a 900$ job seems a bit excessive.

i had a garaged door repaired. shane came on time. did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. i will be calling them with any future work!!
