Great group of guys that did an amazing job. Honest and reliable. Hopefully I don’t need them in the future but if I know someone that needs a repair they will definitely get my recommendation.

I’ve used Precision Overhead several times. I’ve always received good service. They are a little “pricey” but you get what you pay for. Excellent customer service from initial telephone contact to the completion of the repair. My old garage door opener finally died. The tech that was assigned to my repair was awesome! He contacted me to advise of his arrival. He took the time to assess the issues and gave me my options. The work was completed in a timely manner. My garage door has never worked as well as it does now. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

The promptness couldn’t be match. The quality customer service was the absolutely best. I got the entire service consisting of new springs, motor, keypad! My service rep was the best!!

The appointment was set by a knowledgeable operator. The technician arrived on time, dress appropriately for the job, he presented himself as a well groomed professional. He was knowledgeable and performed the repairs on both of my garage doors without a problem and in an adequate amount of time. I felt secure that the job was done correctly and my garage doors will continue to work for another 20 years.

After paying $884 for a repair I researched and found out your company is defrauding the public by selling parts that are needed for a simple repair. Another company came out and told me about shady business practices. Also saw a Dateline special about your techs, which ate actually “sales driven” associates presenting options for a repair. Shame on me for not doing my homework and researching your company before hiring, but shame you for thriving on deceptive business practices. I simply needed to repair a garage door panel and you sales guy, very nice and friendly, said the only way to fix the door was by replacing a bunch of unecessary parts. I’m surprised there isn’t a class action suit against your company for deceptive business.

Employee (Christian),quality of work, and response speed for replacement (the same day) of the remote opener that was hit by lightning were 5 star quality. Purchased garage door opener, 3button remote,power surge, keyless entry. Just thought the final bill was a little high .. I guess you get what you pay for.

I’ve used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service a few times over the past 10-15 years and they ALWAYS have been very professional and done a great job with no call back. Keith was here this week. He was here in the past a few years ago. Nice to see the same technicians still working. I give a 5 star rating. My service performed was a general maintenance this time.
