This is a very professional company. The work is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. With the replacement parts installed we have a like new garage door. Our technician, Alejandro Gonza, was excellent. His people skills are phenomenal. Precision is fortunate to have him.

I want to thank Precision for a great job delivered today. Through sheer stupidity I backed into my closed garage door several months ago and damaged three aluminum struts (one of which was hanging half off the door). Fortunately I was able to operate the door OK, but I certainly didn’t want that aluminum piece to be hanging forever. My appointment window was between 8:00 AM and noon, and John arrived at my house between 8:30 and 9:00. Much to his credit he had all the parts he needed for a full repair, and he replaced the old, rusty rollers. Although he gave me a quote for a replacement door, he didn’t push it and confirmed the existing door still has life in it (with the smoother rollers). The repair was done in less than 2 hours, plus I had John install and program a new outdoor remote I had purchased. All-in-all, John was fantastic and I’m extremely happy with the service I received from Precision!

My AMAZING experience started when Melanie showed up at my home. She provided EXCELLENT service especially the 3 payments with no interest! That was my I am sold moment. Mike Boyle found and corrected the problem I was having with the opening of my garage door. He did a fantastic job and look forward to having him on any future problem. My door is now operating the way it was intended to.

Had any issue with a double garage door. Contacted Precision Door and scheduled an inspection. Received a four hour window and within the hour the technicians ( Bryan and Mike) inspected and diagnosed the problem. The issue was resolved within the hour !! both the technicians were very professional and polite !!

Appt. to fix our door was in a timely manner, especially since our only car was trapped inside. Serviceman was prompt, even early, and he did a wonderful and fast job. His name was Griffin Miller and not only was he good at his job, he was very friendly.
