Your tech Jim Johnson did a great job on replacing all parts on our 14 foot 50 year old garage door. All the parts needed were on his truck. Professionally done and all I had to do was provide orange Gatorade on a very hot day.Job well done.

Repair staff was knowledgeable, courteous and explained our repair options clearly. The work was performed quickly and efficiently at what we felt was a fair price. Precision is the only company that we call for service on our garage door!

I liked how soon you were able to make the repairs, but $923, seems kind of high.
