Chris was very professional and fixed the problem. The garage door was going up and down on its own. He stated if we had anymore problems to call him and he would come back out.

We have always been very impressed with your company. You are always dependable and your technicians are very knowledgeable ! May I say that Christian Walker was very friendly, courteous , explained what was going to have to be done and wrote an estimate for the different options that I could have had done for the repair. He was a nice gentleman, it was a pleasure to have him here at our home. Thank you so much for employing such people. What amazes me the most , is no matter what problem I am having, it can be taken care of within hours or if need be on my part, the next morning. You have a great company. I have to say I was SUPER happy with the overall service I received. The superior customer service started when I called in and explained my situation. It was mid morning and the spring on the garage door had snapped. My car was in the garage and I had a very important meeting at the school at 2pm that day. The lady that took my call was so sympathetic and caring but honest about not being able to promise to be able to get to me and done in time for me to make my appointment. But she was going to put on the order my situation and they would do their best. Well I waited and not long after I hung up the technician called me Jose to tell me he was on his way and he knows I have an important meeting at the school to get to. Right then I felt better and was feeling a little relief. When Jose arrived i was so impressed with how friendly he was. He walked me through what was wrong with our door, options and explained everything so I understood my options. It was so refreshing to have someone have a great attitude, communicate so clearly and be so understanding. A+ He worked and let me know that he would be done in time for me to leave and make my appointment. I can not express how important it was that I make the meeting at the school. Precision was not my first phone call that day but they will be from here on out. The other company could not help me until the next day. I am happy to day that Precision has gained a customer for life. THANK YOU AGAIN! *when I first opened it after the repair I said that is as smooth as butter and quiet like a Cadillac. lol

Craig was on time, friendly, knowledgeable and even went the extra mile by programming our cars (which were on the street) during a thunderstorm so that we can open the garage without the remote. Thanks so much, Craig!

The previous owner used Precision Overhead Garage Door. The 24 service line allowed me to schedule the repair at a convenient time for me. Chris was the Technician and called 20 minutes before his arrival and during the scheduled window. Chris was efficient and provided 3 options for my particular solution. Chris was friendly and knowledgeable. I am satisfied with all aspects of the repair process. Thank you!

This was the worst service call I have encountered in nine years! Not only did the technician not know what he was talking about but he flat out lied. He could not diagnose the problem with my garage door so he proceeded to tell me the only sure solution to the problem was a $699.00 motor. No wonder they can afford so many commercials. Stay away from this company.
