Very pleased with Arnold ! He explained every issue I had with my broken garage Door , options I had and his apparent experience allowed me to make decisions I felt was best for my needs . When he had completed the job , he detailed all he had done . Revised cost , he was very informative and personable . Thank you for the Sunday service .

My garage door issue was my ignorance. A very kind service tech came out and within one minute diagnosed the problem. He told me what I had done wrong. That is service. Forget Overhead door, who won’t even answer the phone on weekends. My call was at 4PM on SATURDAY! I will continue to use Precision. I’m not just another garage door to them!

Your technician was wonderful, polite and very knowledgeable. Many parts had to be replaced: rollers, springs, cables, garage door opener unit, etc. He explained thoroughly what was wrong and what needed to replaced. Very pleased with the work. YOUR COMPANY GETS 5 STARS!
