While going through horrible customer service through Frontier communications for 3 days, my garage door opener goes on the fritz. I call this morning, told the tech from Precision would be here today, he called and said he was on his way within minutes of time frame given, shows up fixes the door opener and done. Still waiting on Frontier. They could learn something from this company. So glad we purchased our opener through Precision. We will be loyal to you because you value us! I backed into the garage door on Sunday when I left for church. We were not able to close the door. We were so pleased when Chris Johnson was able to put the roller back on the track and the door worked fine again. We had 18year old springs so while he was hear he replaced them. We were so impressed with the service and with Chris.! We would definitely give him and your company a 5 Star rating. Charity and Mike Ganos

Your door parts(spring, bearings , belts and motor) will last 7-9 years. I got 9-11 years out of mine because I use white lithium lube on it regularly. When the belt goes, the rest is either worn or about to fail. My door received new springs, bearings, belt and motor. It took one hour to replace. The technicians are very knowledgeable, fast and professional. Once they replace everything, you’re good to go for another 7-10 years.

I would recommend Precision!! I called on Friday night and they were out at my house the next day at 11:30am. The technician was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be repaired and replaced. I was very happy with Precision.
