I had a GREAT experience with Precision, Joshua Page was great and very quick to fix my problem. Joshua Page also saw some other issues that were concerning, and after discussing them and the trouble it will cause down the road he fixed all the other concerning things with my garage door.. Joshua Page was a stand up guy and is very good doing the job!!! defiantly will recommend to other people….

We heard about you on tv and also a friend told us about his neighbor having one put in by your company and so we decided to go with you! Our technician was very polite and explained what had happened to our garage door. He did a great job at installing it for us and went over the details on how to operate it. I had a spring break on Saturday June 1st. I called Precision based on their commercials about quality service and fast response. They were not able to come until Monday afternoon June 3rd, but I figured that would be fine. When the tech arrived, he told my wife he would have to replace the whole system because the Wayne Dalton system was outdated and no parts were available. The garage door and system was only 5 years old. The quote was over $1,000. I sent him on his way and had another company fix it for $275. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Service guy showed up at time promised, introduced himself, clean all American type of guy and very knowledge and took care of my problem within 30 minutes, checked operation of door, and asked if I had any questions and left, five star rating in my book, a little pricey but service was outstanding. Very pleased with the installer Mike. He explained all the options and installed a new opener. We are very happy with it and will definitely call for future garage door needs.
