John Pappas installed your two best springs, replaced the center and side bearings, balanced the door, and put plastic inserts into the roller bodies. and checked the opener. The door works fine and it is much quieter. You came the same day we called and that was nice. Mr. Pappas was very kind, helpful, and friendly. He took special time to explain how the different parts of a garage door opener works and the difference in springs.

On March 20, 2019, Josh and Austin arrived at my home at the appointed time to repair my garage door. I was extremely impressed with these young men in the way that they conducted themselves. They were friendly, very knowledgeable and worked for hours repairing my garage door. I was very impressed with their work and would highly recommend them to others in need of their services. Precision Garage Door Service is a fantastic company. I have been a customer for years dating back to when I lived in Jacksonville, FL prior to moving to the Tampa/Hudson area in 2011. Having noticed your advertisements , I knew that “Precision” would be the company to take care of my garage needs. I placed the call, appointment was set-up, and within four hours, a young man named Robert Trotter was ringing my doorbell. He gave me his ID , an estimate and upon acceptance, began his work. I chose Precision because I had used them before with excellent success. I called because my door came down at an angle. They arrived within an hour from the time I called and quickly took care of the problem, I rate their service as a 5 star performance.

Thank you again for coming to our rescue. Our keypad quit working and your sent a wonderful guy to repair it. It ended up needing to be replaced which was done quickly and professionally. We won’t ever use a different company.

I was very satisfied with the Precision team! Melanie was very thorough on her estimate and demonstration. She took time to understand what I was looking for and showed me options on what would fit my needs. Another company gave an estimate for $200 cheaper but my Melanie’s knowledge and professionalism led to my decision to choose Precision. Luke came out and removed the old door, replaced trim and framing, and installed a new door in a timely manner. Even though this job presented certain difficulties, Luke made this install look EASY and when completed it looked like he was never there! Great job and many thanks to everyone at Precision, I couldnt be any happier with my garage door experience!
