New springs and bearings. Door was making lots of noise and finally just stopped working.

Quick to respond to my problem (broken spring) and showed up on time. Replaced both springs (always recommended) and lubed everything. Next day the door only went up partway and stopped, wouldn’t move, either mechanically or manually. Called Precision and they came out quickly and replaced one of the springs which was apparently bad. No more issues. Because of the problem, they replaced the rollers free of charge.

My garage door broke at night. I called Precision Garage door the next morning, and they sent Jesse to our house within 20 minutes. I work an hour away and can’t leave work to meet him. My daughter let him amd he evaluated what was wrong and called me to discuss the repair. He offered to put a bandaid on fixing it, but suggested fixing my other issues i had. I trusted Jesse and to go ahead and fix it right. Now my garage door is quiet and works the way it should. We worked out some payment details and no more worries. Thanks to Jesse and Precision Garage door. I will highly recommend them to anyone.
