I called several places and yours was the only one where we got a real live person to speak to! I was concerned that being the day before Thanksgiving that no one would be able to help us, but you came through. I was told the technician would be available between 1-5, but Chris C. promptly called me at 12:30 that he was on his way. He and his partner, Keng G., were extremely professional and attentive. They both introduced themselves and reviewed the situation in detail. Chris then took the time to explain everything precisely (hence Precision Doors – ha!) to me. Moreover, he was kind enough to do the same for my husband on my cell phone. There was a remarkable difference after they completed the job. The door ran much smoother. We will highly recommend them in the future.

Early this year I had a complete door rebuild by Precision. Last week I could not get the garage door to open so I called them about the problem. The very next day Robert came out to the house and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Additionally they upgraded the wall console, chain drive inner slide, Safety Eyes and some minor tuneups at NO Charge. I was pleasantly surprised by the additional service’s I received without asking them or mentioning I had a problem with them. I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs work done on their garage door and if the need arises in the future I will use them again.

I looked on the web site and was pleased with the 24/7 work that could be done. The next morning the techs came and looked at what the problem was. They also looked at other objects on the door and I was told a few items could be replaced and no problems with them in short period of time would not happen. I was glad I was told because I did not want for the door to break down again. They did a very good job with everything they replaced and I was glad they informed me of maybe a future problem,

I was so impressed with the techs Austin and Brian. Did a great job very professional courteous and knew what needed to be done and did it. I am glad I called Precision Doors to do this work. They were also very caring when I told them about my wife’s loss of her Dad a week earlier. It was his home and we are taking care of all the business of getting things done. Once again great job!
