Overcharged and took advantage of a woman unaware! Had the exact same problem when I was home and the price was half when I handled it and I am a deployed Soldier very unhappy with this transaction

Our garage door stared opening and closing on its own. I disconnected the opener and called you folks. I called at 10 am and Jesse Burns arrived at 2 pm. That in its self was great. Jesse checked everything out twice and could not find the cause. He did not try to install any parts, that were not needed which I am very grateful for. The time he took to try and find out what was causing the problem was over and above what you could expect from anyone. Jesse went over everything and explained what he was looking for and what he was doing. He could not find the ghost but the system was working like new when he left, for which we were very happy. Thank you for having Techs like Jessie and Thank you Jesse.

Jimmy Johnson was our technician and he did a phenomenal job in setting up our garage door opener. Jimmy was very helpful, kind, friendly and most importantly professional. He helped us choose the right motor and drive for our door. We went with a belt drive, and it is whisper quiet! Way too much money. I was working and since we had you do work in the past trusted you for a fair price. I was willing to pay more but not 50%. It’s on me for not waiting but won’t happen again

I am Brenda’s mother and the service call was for me. I recently moved to Tampa. My garage door was already programmed and he had to change the frequency. I had to hire several companies to prepare my previous home for sale. No one compared to the young man you sent. He was so pleasant and helpful. Both of you deserve an excellent rating! I will certainly recommend you.

Jose Rosario was the kindest and nicest man who has done work on my house! He was very willing to educate me and show me some maintenance tips! He did a fantastic job!
