This was the first time I used Precision and I have to admit it was a shot in the dark. I was not disappointed. I could not ask for a more friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person. I thought that all I needed was a new remote but Robert also found some other minor issues which he took care of. He also gave me a brief tutorial on how to properly take care of my garage door system. And the cost of the repairs and new remote was reasonable. This is a company I will seek again if needed.

Extremely pleased with Jerry and his expertise in installing and explaining in layman terms how to maintain my new door. Also, the management handled a slight glitch in delivery in the most professional and caring manner imaginable. From start to finish we were over the top pleased with Precision and their staff. Recommend them very highly.

My garage door was stuck. Jason came out on short notice and fixed it. Did a great job and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg! I always use Precision for any garage door work.

Technician Jeremy Rossi arrived ahead of schedule and had me explain to him the problem we were having.He then checked the door and the opener and all components and reported his observations.He gave me several options to remedy the situation and we decided to purchase a new garage door opener.He also recommended fixing a few parts on the door that needed attention.He gave me pricing and told me the job would take several hours.He was done fairly quickly an then showed me how everything worked and answered all my questions.I would highly recommend your company.

I called precision overhead garage door service at 1000 AM in the morning. The technician was at my house within 3 hours and installed a new garage door opener within 1 1/2 hours. I could not asked for better service from this company. They were very honest and professional. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and acquaintances.

John Tsangarinos was the best! His knowledge and ability and skills saved the day! An outstanding technician. I will always request him. More work needs to be done as we wait for the motor to arrive.
