Justin did a really Great job today! Replaced two openers, springs, rollers & barrings. He took the time to explain everything and also program all of our vehicles to the new openers. I would highly recommend this company to everyone! Very professional.

I was a self employed business man for 35+ years and I would highly recommend this company! My door broke on a Friday evening, i called they scheduled a Saturday appointment. James showed up on time and gave me a courtesy call ahead of arriving. James gave me 3 options to fix my door and was very professional and courteous! The quality of work was excellent! Very happy!????

Kudos to Precision and the Technician Isak. They came threw as advertised on TV. Saved the day. I was in a little panic, my door spring broke, but the door is over 30 yrs. old and no trouble till now, and my car stuck in the garage. The Technician, (Isak) was out in a matter of a few hours, really nice guy, knew his business, pleasant, couldn’t ask for a better Technician as technicians go. I’ve read other Reviews and I share the same sentiments. What can I say that already has been said, but thanks and Kudos to you all. I have to scratch my head though on the ones with negative feedback. Lets be fair here, Your office quoted me the ballpark figure and yes it was a lot more when Isak got through. But here’s the “rub”, my door is over 30 years old and everything was shot!!. Needed rollers, adjustments and a few other things, worth the money, well spent. How the door lasted this long beats me. So I have to question those Negative feedbacks. I think I’ll get another 30 yrs. thanks to Isak.

A garage door issue never happens at an opportune time. Our spring broke on a Sunday. We placed the service call and our technician Chris was onsite within an hour. Chris was very thorough with his information. He was not pushy with his recommendations, he put all of the information before us and left us to make the decision. By the time he was finished, we felt like we had made a new friend. There were no extra charges for it being a Sunday. That in itself will make me a return customer. I can’t say enough good about Precision They are amazing!

My technician was very professional and courteous. Isak was able fix my problem and still inspected all parts for wear. I recommend Precision door.

Very courteous when I called. Service tech called me within an hour to let me know he was on his way. Service tech was really courteous and did a great job replacing springs and new garage door opener. Definitely a five star rated company.

My wife in handicapped and we have a ramp in the garage. It’s the only way she can exit and enter so we have to be able to open and close the garage door, and we need it NOW. Broke a spring, one cable and burned out a card in the garage door opener. Pricey, but they came when I needed them and fixed everything in one trip. Paid extra for a 5 year warranty on parts and labor..
