The tech was great and I appreciated his timeliness and knowledge. Our father passed away 3 weeks ago and my siblings and I are trying to handle his personal affairs. I inquired about a military discount on behalf of our father, but was told a discount only applies to motors. We were a little disappointed in that but overall the service was great.

We called in the morning and were operational in just a couple hours! Our technician Tim was very knowledgeable and professional and serviced our garage door. He also brought a new garage opener and programmed that for us. He also explained things we should routinely do to keep door in good condition. Excellent service and excellent technicians! The service rep was professional and friendly. However, he had to call the main office to have replacement / additional parts delivered. That took over 80 minutes.

They did a great job and my new door looks great. they were quick, efficient and on time for the estimate and then for the installation. They cleaned up everything, taking the old door and all the old parts with them. I was surprised how quickly they whew able to get the job done. they have everything on the truck for my job and were highly skilled. I would highly recommend them I give them a 5 Star rating.

I chose Precision because many of my neighbors recommend them and a couple of other service people also did. Jose was informative and skilled. He listened to my concerns and made good recommendations about what I needed. He did the work and even put new bulbs in my opener (above and beyond) to help a little “old” lady so she didn’t have to climb on a ladder. Technician came within two hours of my call to report a service issue. Very professional. Explained the issue thoroughly what options were and then completed the install of new garage door opener. Reset everything back in order. Programmed the new car remotes and job completed to our total satisfaction!
