Bryan was fantastic to interact with and very knowledgeable about the replacement of springs and bearings. Great customer interaction. The cost was higher then I anticipated and I am still not sure what the $45 dollars was for regarding shop supplies. Overall great experience.

Sherman was the tech’s name who just finished installing my new garage door. Arrived the exact minuet he said he would. Did the job in exactly the time he said it would take and did it with precision, skill and care. Door looks great, works great. Sherman cleaned everything, took the time to explain all the operation, provided all paperwork, warranty, instructions, and was promptly off to impress another customer. Thanks

The service was very good. Technician couldn’t have been nicer. Said they would be here between noon & 4. He was at my house at 12:15. Everything was great except for being charged a $45.00 shop supply fee. I wouldn’t mind and would expect a $15 or $20 shop supply’s fee but $45.00 is just padding the bill.

This company is fast and efficient and the employees are both personable and knowledgeable. I have had them to come out twice recently for different issues on older equipment and both times they were very professional. I would not call any other company for this type of work. Debbie

I found my self locked out of my garage at 7pm it would not open after looking at it found I had a broken spring called Precision and they set me up an appointment for the next morning James was my technician he was on time, very professional and friendly we even made small talk about our dogs and then he got to work. Cost for repair is a little pricey but with the quality of work and warranty it was worth it.

Precision Garage Door to the Rescue! I called late on a Saturday night as my garage door spring snapped and the door could not be opened. The Technician, Christopher was scheduled the very next day on a Sunday, he was on time, and within 4 hours replaced the spring plus, I purchased an upgraded Lift-master Wifi Motor, new rollers, etc. The system works perfectly– “I love it”. The Technician, Christopher was extremely professional, knowledgable and very detail conscious about the entire installation. He and Precision get 5 Stars! If you need garage door work, this is the company to call on!
