Brian the service rep was very professional,courteuos and did a great job replacing my springs. However, I was charged a supply fee of $25.20. for what supplies did he use on my job? That’s not right guys !!

Shane was great. Since the spring was broken the door could not be opened and I opened all the house doors and Shane came through our house without touching anything to repair it. With the coronavirus a concern I appreciated the extra care used. Shane inspected our door and then listed out the options I had available to repair. I chose to repair everything (spring, bearings and rollers) because the door parts (other than the spring) were 25 years old. These repairs were done efficiently and I was back in business in short time.

The guys were on time excellent work and fast. Id’d problem, fixed and off to next job. The door has been super and they fixed the seal problem in 10 minutes. You guys are the best!

I called on Saturday, April 4th around 10:30 A.M. and Keith the technician, had the door fixed by 1:00 PM. Fast and friendly service, awesome company to work with. The safety sensors were bad, and Keith fixed them and we are now able to open and close the garage door.
