I had Mr. Shane Tremaine as our technician and was very pleased with his service. We had a broken spring and frozen bears on the end of the main shaft which broke the spring. Shane had every changed and back working in about a 1.5 hrs. We stayed our distance and praticed the COVIC-19 regulations and Shane did a very professional job. Thank You

$90.00 for 5 minutes of work and pressing a couple of bottoms “Reprogram Fee” (39.95) after charging fleet Transportation ($20.00), Service Call (29.95). Overpriced services after been told that the service call was going to be $49.95 by the dispatcher. She forgot to tell me that touching a bottom was going to cost me an additional $40.00. Compelled to put Garage Door Opener Repair for service performed for no choice to insert the actual service performed “Reprogram Fee”.

My technician, Matt was awesome!!! Service top notch and no bull. Precision installed my door several years ago and today, suddenly it doesn’t work. I called Precision and even in these difficult times, managed to get someone out within hours of my call. Thankfully, the fix wasn’t too costly but I can’t say enough about Matt!! Personal, knowledgeable, competent!

Mr. Mantsch did an excellent job replacing the springs, and garage door opener. He was very professional, cleaned up accordingly, and with the current COVID-19 issues he was respectful of space and touched surfaces.

I am so happy I had Precision install our hurricane rated garage doors. They are beautiful and the service was outstanding. As a business owner I understand there will be issues, but it’s how you handle those issues is what counts. They were there and fix the issues i had.

Work Performed: Garage door repair and new opener. I want to thank Craig Earle for making my garage door operate like it was newly installed. He was very pleasant and professional. He diagnosed the problems quickly and gave me several options. He was able to replace all of the critical parts that were worn such as bearings, drums, cables and rollers. He also replaced my opener with a whisper quiet model. He had all of the parts on hand and solved my problem quickly. I now have to look before I back out of my garage. It used to sound so loud when the garage door opened. Now I can barely hear it because it is so smooth and quiet! Awesome job! I will recommend you highly.
