Technician James assessed my situation quickly and made the necessary repairs to get my door functioning properly again: replaced both lead rollers on top and bottom of door, and replaced both cables and reels.

Being new to the area, I found your company by doing a quick internet search. Someone arrived within an hour of my phone call. The tech was great! He quickly identified the problem, made repair estimates quickly. He told me how long the job would last and I agreed to the work. He got the job done in about 2/3 of the estimated time. I was familiar with Precision because of their advertising. A neighbor down the street also referred them. Chris was on time and explained everything in such a way I understood what he was telling me the first time. Professional and friendly. He showed me several options without pushing me into the most expensive one which says something, considering I am a woman. My husband passed away six months ago. This was my first major repair. I feel good about the work and am confident I made the right decision. I recommended Precision to everyone.
