I contacted your company yesterday, Easter Sunday to make an appointment. The young lady to talked to was very helpful and professional. I was able to have an appointment the next day at a convenient time. The gentleman that came to the house was very professional and polite. He was helpful in explaining what needed to be done and gave me specific price breakdowns. He was quick and precise and everything I would want and expect. The price always surprises but in the end it is what it is. I’ll call you again. Well done.

We choose Precision from visiting their website and reading several reviews and what brands of garage door openers they service. The communication from scheduling the appt. and actual appt. were outstanding! The Service Tech Arnold Simpson was very professional and thorough on all aspects of the service call. I was presented with several different quotes on replacing the door opener to repairing this 23 year old Genie Door Opener! Mr. Arnold was friendly, professional and excellent at his work! He replaced all of the nylon rollers along with the Genie Trolley and lubricated the entire door. We will recommended your company anytime we speak with any of our neighbors now and in the future. After dealing with an incompetent company, the next time I had a garage door problem, I called Precision. I had seen their ad on TV and also in the newspaper. In May 2017 they replaced the 1 spring with 2 springs; in June 2019 they replaced the garage door opener; this time, there was a problem with the door not always closing. Chad Donovan came and immediately saw that the sensors were slightly off and straightened them. He also explained that the sun shining on the sensors could have caused the problem. In addition, he explained how the red light and the green lights on the sensors work. Chad was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and practiced the social distancing guidelines.

Keith Allen Arrived on time and followed all COVID-19 procedures. He wore a mask and gloves the entire time and was extremely aware of his distance from me. He was very friendly and discussed my options in great detail and patients. The repair was fast! Two springs plus maintenance quick! Great guy. Great service. Thanks!
