Justin Carrico explained what was wrong, what he needed to do to correct my problem (new dual springs, cables, and rollers), and the price for the different option plans. He was done in no time at all, and my garage door goes up and down much more quietly than previously. Justin was knowledgeable, personable, and answered all my questions.

Friends of mine referred me to Precision for the same problem, a broken spring on garage door. They were very Pleased with the Service, and so am I!!! Chris came n explained that he’d look n assess the problem, then give me options to choose from. I chose an option, Chris got right to work, n before I knew it, he was done! He cleaned up, we took care of the price, Reasonable, n he was gone! Great Job Chris! and Thank You!!!
