Your technician James was on time and after reviewing the problem, he fixed it by changing two main parts such as Circuit board and capacitor. He also change bottom seal too. Things are good now. He was very courteous and personable. My garage door start working.

I want to thank Precision for your timely response to my request. Same day service…called about 8:00 am and at 10:15 the technician pulled into my driveway. Jimmy Johnson, my tech for the morning, appeared with his card, wearing a mask and made me feel comfortable asking him into my home. He was professional, personable and, to my benefit, was educational. He explained why I had the problem, what he would have to do to fix it, and educated me in what to do to keep the problem from happening again. I sincerely appreciated the time he took, the speed with which he made the repairs and his pleasant nature/behavior. Thank you Jimmy and thanks to Precision. I hope not to have to call you again, but will do in a minute if there is a problem with my garage door. And, as I say to all those I care about, Stay Home and Stay Safe.

Five Stars- Jordan installed new equipment and was very knowledgeable. When remotes did not work, he returned that evening to test frequencies and installed new remote control equipment.

We choose Precision because of the reviews and more importantly, the recommendation from our lawn service man, Barney Cosh. When Josh arrived he gave us 3 options and we choose the best of the 3 which was a bit higher than we planned to spend but Josh pointed out the problems and we went with his suggestion. I called Ace, they fix my opener before. But I got voice mail, they never did call me back. So I saw your ad in the home magazine. They told me they could come out in a couple hours. The technician was very nice and explained everything. I would highly recommend your company.

James was very personable and knew what he was doing! I do have a concern about the final invoice. The difference between the 3 repair options increased by $200.00 with the final invoice! I give James the highest praise for his work, but the difference in final cost will bring down my overall rating!
