Our spring broke and we see Precision advertise all the time on TV, which is the first place we went to for repairs. Tim, your serviceman, was very professional, maintained personal-distancing, and fully explained what needed to be replaced: both springs, center bearing, both end bearings. Work was completed quickly and professionally. Thanks Tim!

Jose Rosario was the technician who did the work here. He was completely knowledgeable, professional and pleasantly personable. He even helped me re-hang a staghorn which the storm blew down. What a guy! It was a pleasant morning. Jose is a definite keeper!

Jason is extremely thorough and it is obvious that he wants to do the best job that he possibly can. He went through all possibilities of the issue and completed repairs on what he believes to be the problem. He also indicated he would be back if I had any future issues. Very nice young man and very good at his job.
