I was very impressed with the technicians (Justin Carrico maybe & 1 other gentleman) who came to my home to fix my garage door problem. They called before coming over as promised and identified themselves that they would be wearing masks and gloves before coming in. Upon arriving, they came in to the garage, inquired about what the problem was and proceeded to fix the problem. They located the most likely reason why the door wasn’t opening properly and made the necessary adjustments necessary to fix it. It was something that I hadn’t even considered that caused the problem, they really do know their business. Thank you for such excellent service in a timely and professional manner, I’m glad I choose your company for service, I would never consider going anywhere else for service, Not only did they do a great job both this time and last (Jose Rosario in April 2019), they were also just really nice people. My garage door wouldn’t open and made a loud rattling noise. It also wouldn’t close during sunset because the sunlight was interfering with the sensors. From seeing all the tv commercials about Precision, I decided to give them a call last night. I didn’t expect for someone to actually answer my call in the late evening but they did and sounded so pleasant on the phone and scheduled my repair for today. Chad Donovan gave me a call just before he arrived, he quickly got me a quote with various options and we agreed on a full repair to the garage door and replacement of my garage door opener. At first I thought it might’ve been too expensive, but I later realized that it was a worthwhile investment and the guarantee of the work and the parts also made it worryfree. I inquired about financing and was able to apply for a great financing deal that also helped me get this fixed quickly and affordably. The finished job was night and day difference and the garage door opener was so quiet that I was amazed! Chad did an awesome job, and he was very professional, patient with my questions and all round great experience. I highly recommend precision to anyone requiring garage door services. Thanks for a job well done!
