    The technician was very professional and answered all of my questions. My only suggestion would be that if the springs on a garage door have to be replaced, it would be easier if two techs balanced the bar as in the commercial. One of the springs slid off the bar and hit a stack of extra floor tiles that were on the side wall of the garage. Two of the tiles were cracked. It’s not a big deal but I think it may have been easier to balance with two people. Just a suggestion. So far, everything seems to be working well and I will call if there are any issues. Had to replace the rollers, discs and the opener which is more than I anticipated but I have recommended your company to others if they need to have issues resolved with their garage door.
