Company did great work. From calling the office and speaking to friendly helpful office staff, to same day service, to professionally repairing issues noted with my service call on the spot with the technician explaining in detail all the safety hazards and providing me multiple options to remedy the issues. Cost effective, professional, and quality work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing garage door work.

The spring installed by one of your competitors was too weak. This eventually wore out the opener. Precision sent out a much more qualified associate to assess and fix the problem. He worked fast and efficient. he not only fixed the problem but he fixed other problems as well while he was there We are very happy with his customer service.

Adam was amazing. He assessed the garage doors and what I was hoping to have repaired or installed and took care of everything masterfully. I am confident my garage doors will perform much better and be more efficient. An added bonus from Adam was reprogramming my garage door openers to work from my car without needed to use the remote control device! I could only check one option for service performed so I chose the reason I called him but he also strengthened the lift mechanism to protect the double garage door and installed an electronic door opener for the single garage door.

Our installer Chris, was very fast in recognizing the issue(s) and recommending how to fix or improve our opener. Gave us four prices depending on level of service with explaination of each. We went for the highest price repair which he was able to accomplish within two hours of arrival. We were a bit surprised at the cost, but his work and the results are very satisfying. Thank you.

The entire Experience with Precision was outstanding. The initial contact with the Precision Consultant at 10:14AM was responsive and informative. The immediate follow up e-mail confirming the appointment for this afternoon was reassuring. I then received a call from Precision asking if their technician could come earlier. At 11:30AM Jason Daring arrived, following a a call to me at 11AM, giving me a 30 minute notice, and a discussion of the garage door problem. Jason completed the repair of our garage door, within 2 hours of his arrival, as he projected. At 1:30PM, my repair was completed. Jason went over what he had done, and trained me on the new opener. He then processed my payment. Jason was just superb…top notch. This is our second outstanding experience with Precision. We are a loyal Precision consumer. I was completely satisfied…100%. I consider Precision my Garage Door “Solution”! I would give them 6+ Gold Stars. I highly recommend Precision and Jason Daring! Thank you! Greg Marrs

Drive gear sheared requiring a new part. The tech came out around 7:30 and was complete by 8:30. He had the gear assembly on the truck so there was no waiting on parts. He also checked out our other garage door and lubed up the rollers to run smoother at no additional cost. Very respectful of my time as he called before arrival after dinner. I would go with them again for service or installation.
