After reading all the positive reviews I decided to call Precision for my repair. Had new springs, motor and rollers replaced. Can barely hear the door open and close now. Also as senior citizens, we can rely on the WiFi app to insure we remembered to close the door.

Initially, I was impressed with the Ad. More impressed when the estimate was given and how professional the presenter was. His vehicle contained all of the sample products easily and professionally displayed. I had other estimates showing me pictures of products–there is no comparison like the real thing.
