The guys who removed my 40 yr old garage door and installed a new Amarr insulated door did a great job and quicker than expected. When I purchased a new opener several months later due to an early Black Friday sale at one of the big box stores, I realized that the spring bearing bracket was in the way and that I did not have enough clearance to install the opener track due to my low garage ceiling. Seth came out and moved the spring and bracket out of the way and installed quick turn brackets that increased my clearance to 3 1/2″, more than enough to install the opener/track. All with no additional charges! Great experience, company and employees.

Tim was great!!! The review does have my purchase listed. We needed two new sensors and learned that water is its enemy so it was helpful to learn that today after having them forever over the years.

I saw the ad on TV and was having trouble with my Garage door. The person that came, although the door was placed on a brand new house, it always sounded like it was about to break. The person who came from precision review the door, and explained in detail why the door made so much noice, and rattled. He gave me options, including just service it, and it would last trouble free for a while. He give me all other options, with prices, and how much work I could afford to due, to upgrade the major comports of the door, so it will last and work correct. After review, I asked if he could do the work right then and there, He did, and the garage now sounds and proforms the way a door should. I was very satisfied and happy that I was able to finally get the door operating the way it should have from day one, by upgrading components in the door.

When our garage door didn’t open this morning we made no hesitation in calling Precusion. When the technician arrived we were happy to see it was the same tech we had before, Tim Vaughn. He rembered us and it made us feel comfortable. He showed us the damage and went over the repair costs and warranty. Precision still offers financial arrangements especially through these trying times which made it easier for us to have the garage door repaired. Thank you again. Job very well done.

Josh, was our service mechanic, What a genuine nice person who knows his profession skillfully. It would be great if every business had people like Josh . We will ask for Josh for any of our garage door needs.
