Our technician was Bryan Stewart-he was very professional-knowledgeable and courteous. I showed him the problem, he explained a couple of choices-we chose a new garage door opener. It was installed very quickly and he explained the operation of everything and keyed in all remotes and very happy with the service and product. Thank you.

Jose arrived on time and assessed the problem with the garage door opener and had it fixed in record time. Even pulled up the purchase contract and told us repair was under warranty! Quick fix – under warranty – great company!!!

I had a cable come off the pulley which resulted in not being able to open or close door. Called Precision and within a few hours they were there and door fixed. The two young men that came were very nice and professional. The customer service I received from them was excellent and they did a great job.

Phone agent very helpful in getting someone to fix my garage door. After setting an appointment for later in the day, she phone back and said they had a repairman was just finishing a job and could be available within minutes. Matt arrived within 30 minutes. He was professional and explained what needed to be done before he did anything. Highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

Explained my problem to James, the Precision service tech that made the on site visit. He discussed all of the options that were available to me from repairing a twenty 23 year old unit to a fulll replacement. I chose the upgraded unit with wifi access which allows me to use my phone to activate the door. James did a great job explaining the different options and costs related to each. Once I made the final decision on the best option for me he immediately went to work and completed the project in a timewith no problem.ly fashion. (Garage door opener, new spring and rubber bottom door seal.) I downloaded the door opening app on my phone easily and was able to activate the door from my phone. James was very helpful and friendly through out the process.
