Luke really knew his stuff. He replaced the entire drive unit, and when he went to lubricate the springs, he found that due to an improper installation 12 years ago, a key part was worn so seriously that they whole spring apparatus could have come down on our car, or on us! Also, the springs had lost their oomph. So we now have a very smoothly operating garage door that is very safe.

Good communication from office, technician called prior to arrival. Good idea to have their photo on web site, no strangers. I would not use any other company. Surge protection was good idea with Florida storms.
