The technician, Ryan, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He showed and explained the problems with our garage door. This service was completed on the day that I called. He was prompt and got the work completed in a timely manner.

Called Sunday with door issue. Joshus came on Monday morning and had it fixed in no time at all. Very professional and did a very nice job. The door closes better then it ever did as long as we have been here. Thank you

Have had Precision Garage Door Service for many years and have always been very satisfied with the service provided. Service is provided as soon as possible after my call. Today Dewayne was my tech. He was very pleasant and efficient. He identified the problem and in addition offered to do a maintenance checkup, which I had not done in years. Then he took his time working, was very through checking every part of the garage door system. I appreciate this type of service and will continue to be a customer and recommend them to others. I SIMPLY CANNOT SAY ENOUGH TO FAIRLY RATE THIS COMPANY IN THE POSITIVE WAY THEY DESERVE. ITS BEEN ACOUPLE YEARS SINCE THEY INSTALLED OUR NEW DOUBLE DOOR AND WE CALLED THEM TO SOLVE A LOUD BANGING NOISE IN OUR DOOR WHICE HAPPENS RIGHT NEAR THE END OF TRAVEL WHEN THE DOOR IS GOING UP. A FAIRLY NEW EMPLOYEE RESPONDED BUT HE WAS UNABLE TO SOLVE OUR LOUD NOISE PROBLEM ON HIS OWN. UPONE HIM CALLING IN THE SITUATION, HIS SUPERVISOR CAME OUT IN TEN MINUTES TO HELP OUT. AFTER A BRIEF INSPECTION THE SENIOR SERVICEMAN QUICKLY FIGURED OUT THAT THE TRAVEL RAIL WAS SET TOO TIGHTLY AND HE HAD THE YOUNG TECH QUICKILY RECTIFY THE PROBLEM. GUESS WHAT… NO CHARGE FOR THIS REPAIR AT ALL. WE ARE VERY GREATEFL FORTHE COURTESY SHOWN TO US IN THIS CASE. THIS IS A FIRST CLASS COMPANY IN ALL RESPECTS.

We had a very difficult problem with our garage door that plagued us and the crew at Precision Garage Door. After a week of struggling and frustration, they not only made everything work, they went above and beyond all of our expectations to make sure we were satisfied and happy! The entire crew was was wonderful, polite and professional, from the telephone receptionist to the installers. They not only fixed our problem, they made a customer for life! We will highly recommend them to everyone we know and a lot of people we don’t!
