Precision door came out right on time. They were Curtis us and very knowledgeable. I, as a consumer had done some research and called several local other door repair companies for quotes and had a pretty good idea of what the average price should be for a spring replacement. Precision showed me all the components to a door besides the springs that could wear and may need future fixing. I will be honest and say their pricing was substantially more that most other companies and it kind of made me feel like I was being taken for a ride. The awesome repair guys sensed my apprehension and asked what was wrong. I told them what pricing I had received and they said they would call the office . They soon came back and said they would meet the pricing of my other estimates which now made me feel even worse knowing they could bring this price down. I told them I didn’t feel right about this hole thing and is thanked them and told them I would find someone else. The repair men left only to return soon after with their manager Scott on the phone and this is where I had a conversation with someone who really cares about what they do. This manager and I had a conversation and he more than made up for how I was feeling. Scott stepped up and squared things up with me like few people in this world do. I will say he made an offer no one would refuse. This is a company with the up most integrity and care for its customers. The repairmen did a tremendous job and were super professional. To Mr. Scott, you asked me for my business in the future and to that I say not only mine but anyone who comes across me and needs a garage door fixed. Thank you, you are truly different.
