Just had technician Jesse Burns here to service my garage door opener. He was very professional from the being. He looked at the issues and explained the options. He never pressured to do anything. Gave us timetime to decide on what we want to do. After weafe our mind what we wanted done he was very professional in doing it and explained everything he did. Even after explaining to me he explained it to my wife when she got home

I’ve used Precision since 2017. Always been extremely satisfied with customer service and the actual work performed. Today I needed a garage door opener install due to my current unit failing. The tech arrived on time, explained the options, performed the work I selected, programmed my remotes and explained the operation of the new system and lubricated my door and rollers. It’s been a good day!

Excellent service. The tech that worked with my wife was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He took the time to explain to her what needs to be maintained on a regular basis. He even left her a can of lubricant for her to use next time it needed to be done and didn’t even charge for it.

Our overhead garage door didn’t function and Precision sent a tech, Craig Earle, the next day. He was very knowledgeable and considerate. He gave us his opinion and options. He installed a new opener and provided very clear instructions on how to operate it. I would definitely use their service again.
