We had heard about your company on the Joy FM and were glad we contacted you. The service man was very courteous and honest. Told me what our problem was and within thirty minutes the job was done. We have a much quieter garage door going up and down, but in better condition with new teflon rollers. Thanks and God bless

My car was stuck in my garage late yesterday afternoon by a sudden garage door failure and I needed to get out! I called a few places that were not available, and then I remembered your ad on tv. I called and you were able to send someone right away, to arrive between 6 and 10 pm. What a relief! I received a call from Chris giving me a half hour notice of his arrival. He was an excellent technician, explained everything in detail, and made it easy to understand my choices and decide. He had all the parts and fixed my door, gave me a can of lubricant spray for maintenance after he sprayed all the parts to demonstrate the procedure. He had a friendly and professional attitude and I think he’d be a fantastic choice on your tv ads. He’s a very genuine person. Best of all, I was able to get out of my garage this morning. I will gladly recommend your company to all my friends and family. Thank you!

Garage door cables snapped so our full size car was parked in a single car garage…not good. Called Precision as they were recommended to me from someone who had them for their garage door replacement and were extremely satisfied. Joshua Figueroa came to our aid by replacing all the old cables and springs with the new Torsion cable system…wow! what a difference as it is so quiet now. Joshua is the best! He does quality work as if it was his own. He was pleasant and polite. My recommendation is to request Joshua if you live in Pinellas County.
