Excellent service, very satisfied. Fast, well trained, experienced technician inspected door, gave options and estimates for required and recommended repairs. Replaced springs, old cables, and worn bearings, lubed door hinges, adjusted track and re-calibrated opener. Door is at least twenty years old and is now smooth and quiet with 5 year warranty on parts and labor.

have worked with Precision in the past and have always been very happy with the quality technicians and the job that was done…this time was no exception…originally called for ‘broken spring’ and the tech advised of ‘bearing wear’…all were replaced…thank you Precision and Adam M for another great experience

My garage door was in need of repair on a Saturday. I contacted Precision garage door at 10:00 in the morning and had a service tech scheduled for the same day, with no overtime or weekend service charge. Chris came out and repaired my door by 7 that night. Great service. Great technician and would highly recommend their service to anyone. Thank you Precision Garage Door for a job well done.

Chris called before he arrived, and was a few minutes early. He introduced himself and was very pleasant the entire time he was here. He explained what was wrong, (defective motor, 15 years old).Chris went on to explain the different types of motors available. He also brought to our attention it would take about one hour. Chris is very personable, and professional. “Precision Garage Door Service ” should be very happy to have an employee such as Chris. We will tell our friends and neighbors about how well things went, what a great company you are and how employees like Chris.make your company great.
