    Great Experience. I called on a Saturday around noon about a garage door that would not open, and a technician was at my home in about an hour. The technician quickly determined there was a broken door spring (it was obvious once it was pointed out to me), and proceeded to tell me the repair options. The repair was made in about 45 minutes. the technician was friendly and professional. I would use Precision again if I have a garage door problem.

    Over the last 3 years I have had Precision replace 2 operators and rebuild 2 double doors. Perfect! One spring bracket bolt popped. I called Friday afternoon at 3pm the technician was at my house at 6pm.. Fixed done deal! Now that Precision service! Thank. You, Joe P.

    I had a garage door installed by precision 8 years ago Also new springs installed recently and some minor repairs today precision is the only company I would use excellent service any day of the week even holidays stephon repaired my door this evening and if I need service in the future I hope he is available I hope he is commended for his excellent work
