    Thank you for being so helpful today. We have used Precision all the years since we moved here. Precision had Joshua here today within 1-1/2 hours of my calling. What a pleasant surprise. Joshua quickly had the problem narrowed down to the remotes. My openers were old and didn’t function. He set me up with new remotes and at my request he even evaluated and fixed the old remotes for spares. Precision is a quality operation that I highly recommend. Many Thanks

    The young technician, Austin, was very polite and professional. He arrived within 90 minutes from my initial call to Precision and knew exactly what to do to fix the problem. He finished within 45 minutes and explained what he did. Before he left, he fully tested the garage door to make sure everything worked perfectly. I highly recommend Austin as he is a valuable asset to the company.

    Work up on Monday morning to an inoperable garage door. 🙁 what a way to start the week. Called Precision and explained the issue, Ashley was very accommodating and scheduled service that day. Brian called just as he was in the neighborhood and said he’d be there in 5-10 minutes. Right on time.. He checked the issue and explained the options to repair and get us going.. Replaced the springs, chain link drive with a screw drive (who knew it was way quieter) replaced the motor (from 1998), installed new remotes and got everything in working order within 3 hours. Easy options to finance on the website. Walked me through the operations and upgrades :).. very very pleased! Thanks again
