I am very pleased with Precision Garage Door. I couldn’t open my garage door due to a broken spring and other failed items . I called the company on Friday night and next day I had my garage door repaired . The technician, John Muller was very knowledgeable and very polite . He did the analysis and explained me all the details giving me three different options for the repair . I recommend the company and the technician.

I called on Friday Aug. 13th 2022 and I explain the issue I was having to customer which was the garage would not go up but the motor was making noise. I explained to her that I could pull it up and I could secure it and that it was not an emergency and she set up an appointment time for the next day Aug. 13th. The service guy called to let me know he was on his way. My service rep. was Charles Sherwood, he was very professional, answered all my questions, very courteous, and finished the job in a timely manner. He explained to me other things I need to get replaced in reference to other parts of my garage. Overall I was very satisfied with the performance. He explained how the equipment worked, and cleaned up. I am so glad I called Precision they truly live up to there name. If you want it done right call Precision! price was very fair and reasonable!
