Robert Trotter called 30 minutes prior upon arrival. Politely introduced himself. Robert was Very Professional and Knowledgeable assessing our garage door problem. Robert gave us his professional advice on repairing our garage door. After replacing 2 cables, 2 springs, 2 brackets, checked all the bolts and greased all areas needed. Our garage door is like brand new and closes very quiet! Robert Trotter is Very Good and Professional and very nice to talk too! Excellent Job Robert and Thank You So Much!

Great experience. Knowledgeable tech, polite. I found out that I needed most of the hardware changed on my 35 year old garage door. Made my appointment through the chat app. Confirmation provided. Got call in AM. Garage is fixed with new Genie professional grade opener to replace over worked 8 year old Chamberlain unit. Thank you Precision you’re definitely getting all my business in the future, and my recommendation. It’s amazing that my tech had everything in the truck with him. I’m and out in under 2 hours. We even gave him water and soda. He was appreciative that we thought if his health and safety .

Austin from Precision Overhead Garage Door just provided an awesome service experience today for our family! Getting service on a Saturday is rare however Precision came through for us. My technician, Austin came slightly ahead of schedule and quickly diagnosed the issue and then explained the repairs needed. He quickly made the repairs and the door(s) work better than ever! There were no surprises on the invoice and everything was detailed perfectly. A bonus was Austin showing us the lubricant points on the door that will help keep the door operating smoothly and quietly!
