Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is FANTASTIC!! They installed a new door opener for me in November of 2021. The opener for whatever reason had started malfunctioning (had a life of its own) I called last week and set up an appointment for today for them to hopefully resolve the problem. The opener was of course still under warranty and some companies would still spend hours trying to fix the problem or only getting it to sort of work. Precision didn’t mess around they removed the bad unit and replaced it with a brand new one in no time at all and the best part everything was covered under the warranty, even the service call! The technicians including the guy who originally installed the unit were super friendly and happy to explain everything that was going on and to answer any question I might have had. This company can’t be beat. If you need service give them a call! Thank you Precision.

A tech by the name of Austin arrived when scheduled, was very friendly, polite and immediately got to work, clarifying my concerns and problems with my LIftmaster door opener. After checking some things and running some tests he determined that the problem was in the logic board. He gave me an estimate for replacement of the logic board and replacement of the entire Liftmaster unit as this opener is approximately 10 years old. All repair work was completed quickly and Austin made sure that both hand held remotes as well as the homelink in my Jeep were functioning properly.

Very pleased with Lakeland Precision. I called on Wednesday and they technicians came on Thursday. Brian and Zac arrived on time and were very efficient and professional. They went straight to work and discovered the problem.
